Black Women Empowerment Scholarship
This scholarship was created by the Daughters of Charity Ministries to support access to a high quality education for Black students who desire to attend Elizabeth Seton High School. This scholarship specifically supports Black students and families who (a) will benefit from financial assistance and (b) demonstrate strong potential for academic success at Seton.
Eligibility requirements:
- Students who will be entering their Freshman year of Seton in the fall of 2025 are eligible to apply
- Enroll to be an Ambassador after second semester, Freshman year
Demonstrated financial need (as determined by completion of the TADS financial aid application and supplemental Elizabeth Seton High School financial aid application)
Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Award
The scholarship affords a family a 50% tuition discount per year over the course of four years (subsequent-year funding depends on successful completion of the first academic year).
