7-12 (Junior Gridiron) and 13 - 17 (Gridiron Elite)

Join our Flag Football Camp, designed for girls aged 7 to 17, where young athletes will learn the fundamentals of flag football in a fun and supportive environment. Our coaches will teach essential skills such as passing, receiving, flag pulling, and defensive strategies through engaging drills and interactive lessons. Campers will have the opportunity to apply their newfound skills in daily scrimmages, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. By the end of the camp, participants will have a solid understanding of the game's basics and the confidence to compete in friendly games. Whether your child is new to the sport or looking to enhance their abilities, this camp offers a comprehensive introduction to flag football.
