Ms. Belfleur has dedicated her career to advocating for social justice, mental health, and creating opportunities for all students. Her commitment is evident in her extensive work in education and community outreach, where she has consistently championed initiatives to support and empower students.
With over five years of experience in education administration, Judith Belfleur brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to student success. Her devotion to student development and passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive campus environment align perfectly with our mission and values.
Judith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Secondary Education from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and has previously held positions in law enforcement, educational and nonprofit organizations. She began her career as a juvenile probation officer in State College, PA before pivoting into education as a high school English teacher in Boston, MA. Ms. Belfleur has since held multiple leadership roles where she has coached faculty and staff in behavioral intervention and classroom management.
In addition to her professional achievements, Judith is an avid solo traveler, having explored over 30 countries around the world. Her love for travel has given her a unique perspective on different cultures and a broader understanding of global issues, which she brings to her work with students.

Elizabeth Seton High School is a girls’ Catholic high school, offering a college preparatory curriculum in grades 9 through 12. Currently Seton offers 13 advanced placement and 24 honors level courses. Seton’s curriculum has further evolved today to include four pre-career Programs that offer students exposure to career fields, both inside and outside the classroom. Each of these academic tracks offer professional mentorship and internship programs.
